Family ski holiday

Underground Car park accommodating SUV with roof box

Kitchen couldn’t accommodate an oven to cook Xmas dinner nor a microwave. No wifi in apartments

2 week family holiday - hired 2 apartments for family

Generally the apartments were ok , but could have had those items mentioned below. Staff were friendly and accommodated us in Palace 1 when booked separate we were meant to be in Palace 1 & 2 which were streets apart so not great for a larger family . So thanks for moving us to one building

No WiFi in rooms , but as advertised WiFi available at reception. Wine glasses were not really wine glass merely small glasses and advised they were Italian wine glasses . Dining Plates were very small . Kitchenette was functional but missing an oven or microwave.

excellent skiing holiday

location great - easy walk to the ski lift good kitchen set up - small but had everything you needed balcony was nice to relax in at end of the day hotel store was very reasonable and quite well stocked - definitely go there first before the resort stores hotel staff very helpful

Family-friendly property with nice restaurant, mini-market, lounge and entertaining facilities. Warm, clean and spacious room with balcony and spectacular view. All the kitchen/bathroom amenities available. Easy and flexible check-in/check-out. Helpful staff. Easy to reach without car

Located a bit far from the center and ski-lifts but ski-bus is available (tickets at the reception) and there's no need to carry all the ski/snowboarding stuff as rental services provide lockers close to ski area. Wifi only in public areas

We really enjoyed the stay, the value for money for 6 adults staying in the 1 apartment was amazing.

Location to the slopes is good, you have about a 15 minute walk to the main slope, but are able to leave skis and boots at the bottom. The breakfast is good and very cheap too.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant was closed so had to walk to local restaurants. You can walk down hill for 500m or take a shuttle bus finishes at 5.30

Fabulous

We liked having a little shop with basic things in the hotel, also the bus stops in front of the hotel, and a there are a few other services that really help: sales of ski passes, bus tickets, discounts on shops for ski equipments and possibility to let this equipment in the shop, close to the slopes during the night. Having a small kitchen is also nice, and in case you don't want to cook, there is a restaurant in the hotel. There is also some entertainment in the hotel for - small - kids. There is also a small sauna.

Absence of WiFi in the room, WiFi badly working in the common areas. This was the only problem we had, which normally is not a real problem during holidays, but we actually needed it right before departure, at the end of the holidays. The staff tried to help, but it didn't work.

Nice stay overall

Clean and functional accommodation. Decent size for the 5 of us who stayed. Excellent view of the mountains especially the sunrise and sets. Car parking included in cost and space outside which was free as well. Central ski area for the Milky Way.

Location is a long way from the pistes (we were in palace 2), a bus service is offered but at a small charge. We walked took about 10-15 minutes in normal shoes. No WiFi in rooms only at reception. Some furniture a bit tired including bunk bed which wobbled and scared my 11 year old. No oven or microwave, but four jobs to cook with.

soggiorno positivo , ma con molte lacune

la struttura di per sé ci sta anche se molto vecchia. l area ping-pong utile x passare il tempo così come in mini club, carino , ma la differenza l ha fatta il personale che seguiva i bambini, eccezionali. La posizione comoda x raggiungere le piste e per chi non scia c’è anche una bella passeggiata.

la lavanderia a pagamento , troppo costoso l uso della lavatrice . consiglio ai proprietari di investire sui materassi, abbiamo tutti la schiena rotta. la cucina poco attrezzata, nessun fornetto x scaldare se non a pagamento. wi-fi non presente se non nella saletta adibita.
