Coffee at the morning buffet could be improved.

The resort is lovely, very clean with really spacious and comfortable rooms. It is set in a lovely garden with a beautiful entrance lobby building. The staff was also always really lovely, always willing to help and go the extra mile. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice to pick from. It was a really pleasant stay for us as a family.

The restaurants served nice food but overpriced in our openion. The location is not close to the main attractions of the region but really close to Van Long reseve, if this is what you are looking for. All of this did not spoil our experience.

Everything was excellent to the detail. The room is huge, with a bath tub and a mini bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious. It's like a villa and you must walk a few minutes from your room to the pool, restaurant and breakfast parlour.

It's a little bit out of the way but easily reachable with Grab or van.

The hotel main buildings and surroundings are simply beautiful. The rooms are organized in clusters, where several buildings make up a cluster and often these have an own little swimming pool. The hotel restaurant has a wide variety of food options which is good since it is the only restaurant.

I specifically asked for a quiet room when I checked in. What did they do? They placed me in a cluster with a loud group of boys. I had to change my room. A few days later, there was a company event where staff of some external company stayed at the resort and they truly behaved like animals and made noises all over the resort long into the night. Hotel offered to change the room again. That's simply not enough for the level of disturbance. This hotel has a bit of an identity crisis. Is it a party hotel or a relaxation hotel?
