    This place was very lovely and sweet and in a beautiful and quiet location. The staff was very helpful and arranged everything we needed. The only complaint was that the food in the restaurant was very expensive and probably the worst of our trip. I recommend eating in town. The breakfast was fine. Make sure you have bug spray. There are lots of mosquitoes.

    Loved our stay here. Out of the main town but we just hired a motorbike and it was easy to get around. Such a peaceful paradise.

    I think people leaving exceptional reviews must be drunk on holiday vibes. Don't get me wrong property is beautiful. We had communication issues emailing and calling before arrival (was told no issue but Agoda also had problems). We requested twin beds and were given a double, were told it is a special request that may or may not be honoured, not clear on Agoda booking, I would say this is a requirement not special request. The staff member who checked us in basically said too bad and fully booked, I had to go through head office for them to finally agree to move us the next day. The location whilst beautiful was not practical unless you planned to hang around pool all day, (weather was not conducive to this), could ride a motorbike or was out for whole day on a tour- coming and going by taxi or grab not possible. Going to a nice restaurant also a little arduous, we ended up getting motorbike so we didn't jave such issues. The food was expensive compared to local restaurants and very ordinary. The staff on the whole though were lovely. We did need to change travel plans and leave a day earlier and this proved difficult with Agoda saying it was up to hotel and hotel saying it was up to Agoda, in the end I had to send each other screenshot of them accusing the delay with the other party. Again, spent half my holiday managing this and fighting both parties. Wouldn't recommend Agoda and only just would recommend resort. Ninh Binh on the other had was amazing and highly recommend visiting.
