Stunning location, beautiful pool, within a short walk to many restaurants, shops and bars.
More shade around the pool would be good, we couldn't use it until late in the day until the sun had gone down behind the mountains as otherwise it was in direct sunlight.

Our stay at Tam Coc Green Haven Retreat felt like a little slice of paradise tucked away just off the main road. The hotel is literally built into the limestone cliffs, which made the whole place feel really unique and peaceful, surrounded by lush gardens and rice fields everywhere you looked.
They offer free pedal bikes, and the ride into town only takes about 5 minutes through beautiful little roads lined with mountains and rice paddies. It was one of our favourite parts of the stay. The main street had everything you needed - massages, ATMs, restaurants, and more - while the retreat itself stayed calm and relaxing.
We were travelling as a group of 13 people, and the staff handled everything perfectly. The pool was also fantastic and such a nice place to relax after a day exploring Ninh Binh.
Perfect stay - we would happily come back again.

The facilities. Photos in the booking and reality is far for reality.
Staff have is nice but it’s very hard to call service.
