Tam Coc Green Haven Retreat

Everything was perfect ! The hotel has a very good location and the room was very cozy and neat. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable. But what made the difference was the owner of the hotel? He was extremely nice helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do in Ninh Binh depending on the time we spent there. He also allowed us to keep using the pool even after we checked out as we were leaving late at night. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel manager was kind and helpful.the breakfast was great with lots of food available including fresh fruit, fresh juice, yoghurt and muffins along with your choice of egg meal Location was also nice with white ducks everywhere at the entrance. The manager helped us with a scooter which was working very well. The free bikes are a nice touch.

The TV was very glitchy and after being out in bad weather all day we just wanted to come back and relax in the room for a few hours. The windy weather caused staff to loose some items from my laundry which was inconvenient and my partners t shirt was mixed in with someone else's clean washing. Recommend to take photos of your things prior to getting them washed although this didnt help retrieve my missing items.

It was really good value for money and the hotels location was amazing! We used the free bicycles to ride around the rice fields and to head into town which only took a few minutes. The view from the pool was absolutely spectacular with the limestone karst’s towering above you.

Location to town great, pool was nice, able to get laundry done at property was handy, room was clean, able to hire bike to get into town. David dropped us off on scooters to meet the bus & gave us a little breakfast pack to take with us.

When guests are in the pool service could be slightly better offering drinks.
