Amazing location, super close to the famous train street and walking distance to almost every large tourist attraction. They had a great laundry service, air conditioning was fully operational and super helpful with booking day tours around hanoi
They do charge 8% for card payments so you do have to pay in cash.

The pictures have been altered with ai, they are not as spacious, nor do they look the same with finishes. It is comfortable enough. Staff on entry were a little rude knocking multiple times after we entered the room late at night despite not answering the door, they persisted.
