The room, the staff and the location. Our room was really spacious and everyone is just very accommodating. The fact that there’s a good cafe right below it makes it even better!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The building and room is very clean. It was as advertised. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place around the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

The location was great, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the cute little balcony, which was a lovely touch. There’s also a small café downstairs, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d happily stay here again!
There was some construction next to the hotel, so work started in the morning and there was some daytime noise. However, there was no noticeable disturbance at night, so it didn’t affect our sleep.

The location is excellent. It is close to tourist spots and restaurants.
The property is not clean. I requested to clean our room before we check in but as I was browsing the bathroom, I saw a nail clipped and pubic hair on the floor. I also tried a dessert in their cafe down stairs but it also has hair on it 🥲😵 Also, they will collect 1,000,000 Vietnamese dong as "deposit" which is refundable just incase things got broken/ lost in the hotel. It wasn't mentioned in their ad which is quite misleading. They should let people know about this.
