    Decided to extend my stay because the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I was allowed early check in and received a free room upgrade. The staff responded quickly to requests of room cleaning and answered my inquiries. The room is a bit small but it’s typical of hotel rooms in the area. There were also some construction going but they do it in the day time when I am out. Some improvements in the bathroom would help like having a divider for the shower so water does not go all over. But the amenities in the room were complete and nice. Overall a great experience.

    We are happy to stay with this hotel. Food is very good (Love their breads and fruits) , Location is very good but not affected by busy weekends in hanoi (not Very crowded streets, Not noisy streets) The room was okay, Need to improved in terms of cleanliness but can be requested. Great customer service. They allowed us to stay and keep our luggages even we are already check out because out flight was in midnight. Thank you so much.

    Small rooms , even smaller bathroom.. However the reception staff was very helpful and helped me in tour booking.. Mr.Hunh helped me a lot ..also provided early morning breakfast ( before breakfast time starts)
