    Personally, I feel that the location of the hotel is superb. It is not right in the center of old quarters but yet it is near enough to travel to places without it being too noisy. More importantly, that is a drive-in pickup and drop off point in the hotel which makes things easier. Breakfast is fantastic and value for money and the staff is always very helpful.

    A very comfortable and well-run hotel in a convenient part of Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel feels noticeably calmer than staying right in the busiest part of the Old Quarter while still being close to everything. Service was friendly and efficient. The room is a little run-down and some of the facilities feel outdated, but for the price and location, it still offers very good value and is an easy hotel to recommend for a short stay in Hanoi.

    Very impressive setup but when it comes to details. There is a big gap between chain hotels to this. Staffs looks presentable but maybe culturally serving an ice coffee is just not consider part of a breakfast buffet or a bucket of ice fill with water is consider a bucket of ice. Staffs are super polite til you start asking questions that is in depth as they will push the responsibility and give excuses. They will not accommodate by being flexible to anything. I booked 3 nights of suite and decided to checkout and move to another hotel. The suite looks nice and feels good until you start finding bits of chips on the carpet and oily finger marks on the table and TV screen. For you information be wary of flooding showers. Hahahaha
