A lovely bed & breakfast hotel with nice views over Val Venosta.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location with nice views over Val Venosta. Welcoming and helpful hosts and staff. A spacious, comfortable room with all the expected amenities. Excellent wifi. A beautiful breakfast buffet with lots of options and great quality offerings.

An on-site restaurant would have completed the package. The nearest dinner options were a 15-minute walk (not a problem, but complicated the planning a little bit).

Wunderbar

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Residenzen Mathilda und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat für uns alles, was man braucht. Schade ist, dass es keinen Koch für abends mehr gibt- aber hier steht einem das Personal mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek.

M We hadden een mooie, ruime kamer met een comfortabele tweezitsbank en een fauteuil, waardoor je ook binnen heerlijk kunt zitten. Het uitzicht was werkelijk geweldig! Het zwembad is mooi en goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, met veel keuze en goede kwaliteit. Een echte aanrader!

• Met warm weer zou een ventilator op de kamer extra comfort bieden. • Het zou fijn zijn als de bar ’s avonds iets langer open blijft. • Het geluid van de snelweg is op sommige momenten hoorbaar.

Tutto ok apparte il fatto che avevo prenotato una camera deluxe con balcone vista montagna ed ho avuto una matrimoniale normale senza balcone con vista "lavanda"....

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, große Zimmer, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück und sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine wunderschöne Terrasse auf der man sich abends gerne ein Getränk aus der hauseigenen Bar genehmigt!

Super toller Kurzurlaub

Frühstück war super, ausreichend und sehr lecker. Der Wellnessbereich war völlig ausreichend, es gab einen kleinen Whirlpool und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Öffnungszeiten ab 07:30 Uhr waren top, so dass man vor dem Frühstück eine kleine Runde schwimmen konnte.

Un buon 4 stelle con qualche piccolo neo

La struttura è più o meno al centro della Val Venosta e questo è strategico per visitarla tutta, da Merano a Resia. Personale gentile e premuroso, camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, intera struttura decisamente pulita. Posizione panoramica con ampio balcone (purtroppo nella valle ci sono molte industrie e la vista non è suggestiva al 100%). Giardino piccolo ma molto carino. Colazione buona, anche se la scelta non era vastissima. Non abbiamo consumato pasti, per cui non possiamo dare giudizi.

Durante il nostro soggiorno, la vasca idromassaggio non funzionava e l'acqua della piscina era decisamente freddina. Il minibar era vuoto, ma non lontano c'è un supermercato con cui riempirlo. In bagno, la dotazione per la cura della persona era appena sufficiente.

Natura, relax, cortesia e ottimo cibo. Sono stato soddisfatto a pieno.

Gentilezza del personale immensa, sempre disponibilissimi. Il giardino è molto curato ed in una zona tranquilla, la zona piscina è fantastica e l'idromassaggio è comodissimo. Sono rimasto molto colpito dal ristorante e consiglio a tutti di usufruirne piatti molto estetici e gustosissimi.

Unica nota negativa è che durante il mio soggiorno erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione delle palazzine adiacenti all'albergo, non è sicuramente una colpa da attribuire all'albergo. Sicuramente terminati questi lavori il luogo sarà ancora più accogliente.

Un mobilier rectiligne, fonctionnel, sans grâce. Affligeant. Un choix vraiment trop restreint de plats au dîner. Un peu cher.
