First class level of indulgence and friendly atmosphere make this a great hotel choice

The staff were as friendly and helpful as possible given my complete lack of german. Some of them spoke english well and accommadted my needs and answered my questions. The hotel is cengtrally located in Silandro and easy walking access to restaurants, shops and cafes and bars. Note you need to book the restaurnt in advance of your stay as it fills up fast. the wellness centre and spa were amazing and very luxurious.

Exceptional

The food was fantastic as were the staff and facilities. My room was very comfortable and I slept very well. I have stayed here before and the high standards have been maintained year on year. The staff also ensures that, given the current situation with covid-19, safety measures were properly implemented without being overly obtrusive. Due to this, I always felt I was in safe hands and was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous

On site restaurant made it an easy choice.

Penthouse apartment was supposed to be two bedrooms. Was one bedroom with main bed in the lounge area and had no door for privacy from second bedroom guests. When second bedroom guests sat in lounge chairs they could see through hole in wall to main bedroom en-suite bath tub. En-suite to main bedroom had no toilet. Would not stay again.

Excellent service

We arrived late by bicycle and were given a warm greeting, a space was arranged to store our bicycles since the garage was closed. Also the kitchen chef was immediately called and a late dinner was organized for us even though the restaurant was about to close. Excellent meals (lovely breakfast buffet) and superb wait staff in addition to the beautiful room and comfortable bed. We plan on coming back again!

Super Hotel, Personal zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam. Essen könnte nicht besser sein, war alles immer mega fein, schön angerichtet und frisch. Frühstück überwältigend alles vom feinsten, so schön präsentiert und es fehlte an nichts. Zimmer Ausstattung war perfekt hat alles da , was man braucht.Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag mit Liebe gemacht. ( Decken und Kissen wurden zu kleinen Kunstwerken geformt) Innen und Aussen Pool mit warmen Wasser Temperaturen, ideal für diese Jahreszeit. Uns vier Frauen aus der Schweiz hat es sehr gut gefallen, fühlten uns wie zuhause können dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Werde sicher mit meinem Mann mal hingehen.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Frühstücksbuffet mit einer sehr grossen und leckeren Auswahl. Das Nachtessen war hervorragend. Sehr toll, das Vorspeisenbuffet mit der grossen Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Waren dieses Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und kommmen gerne wieder.

Dieses Hotel kann man allen Empfehlen.

Sehr guter Empfang. Erklärung vom Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, wie auch das Unterstellen der Fahrräder und das Aufladen der Batterie. Auch die Badewelt einfach toll. Das Frühstück-Buffet sehr guet. Das Abendessen war auch sehr guet. Einfall alles sehr zum Empfehlen. Alles sehr sauber.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig mit einer toller Auswahl. Das Nachtessen hat super gemundet. Immer wieder gerne. Freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Zwischenstopp in Schlanders

Ein Hotel, was alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Absolut empfehlenswert vom Service aller Mitarbeiter und vom Angebot des Spa- Bereiches als Wohlfühloase. An einem Abend nahmen wir das Angebot des 5 Gänge Menüs zum Preis von 60 Euro pro Person an. Auch hier kann man nur die Kochkunst und den Service hervorheben. Im Zimmer mit Poolblick schliefen wir phantastisch und schlemmten das tolle Frühstück am Morgen. Mit dem Südtirol Guest Pass ,den wir von der Rezeption via Mail erhielten, fuhren wir kostenlos nach Meran. Wenn es uns mal wieder nach Schlanders verschlägt, dann wissen wir, was wir buchen werden.

Das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen, das viele Holz macht es sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und korrekt, sehr zuvorkommend und witzig. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Gängen war ein Traum, man wurde richtig verwöhnt. Das Frühstücks Buffet mit einer riesigen Auswahl lies keine Wünsche offen, alles frisch und sehr schön arrangiert. Das Zimmer war elegant und sehr sauber, keine kaputten oder notdürftig reparierten Gegenstände. Mein Favorit, die Dusche mit der Regenwald Brause. Das Hotel ist Zentral aber wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen. Es verdient seine Sterne und ist ein Besuch wert.
