Very cozy place in the mountains

We loved the rooms, location, sauna and whirlpool and also enjoyed the good restaurant on the ground floor.

We stayed for one week but the towels did not get changed once. Also the staff didn't know how to correctly turn on the shoe dryer which led to us having to go hiking with wet boots on one day.

An excellent location to stay and enjoy Süd Tirol.

This is a small Guesthous, so not crowded. Delicious breakfast, with big choice and the amount of food that will satisfy the very hungry person. Big and comfortable room, with equiped kitchen, where you can prepare your meals. But there is also cafe available, where you can have a drink, coffee, desert or pizza in some days. Sauna with wonderfull view to the mointains, jacuzzi and a very pleasent rest room, where you can rest after intense day in the mountains. Just nearby is a bus stop and start of few trekking or bike routes.

not big, but sometimes noisy streat in front of the building, but after 1-2 days you do not hear it any longer.

Great location in the mountains (though at the main road, with the windows closed we did not really hear the noise of the cars), nice room with balcony, superb location for the sauna, good breakfast. The relaxation room was also very nice, with tea and water available.

Location is superb. But it's everything else that the hotels is excellent in: staff (very friendly and helpful), facilities (the sauna with views of the river and escarpment are a must and the relax zone indoor and outdoor are amongst the best I have been), food (breakfast with great variety of options and organic produce is delicious, not to mention the dinner Mrs. Elizabeth cooked herself, 5 stars!). Plus many other little things, as the bike hire for free for example... our 3 nights stay is to remember, extremely high value for money and would definitely go back in the future!

Saubere Unterkunft. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im angeschlossenen Cafe gibt es ein sehr gutes Angebot an Kuchen/Eis oder Snack.

Non è essenziale, ma nelle giornate di pioggia avrebbe fatto comodo poter vedere qualcosa in tv. Purtroppo i canali sono quasi tutti in tedesco, tranne Rai 2 e Rai 3, ed il canale tg24

Bella vacanza in montagna

Abbiamo soggiornato 11 notti nell'appartamento con il nostro cane. Vista sul fiume e sulla zona spa e relax. Una decina di minuti di macchina da Fontabianca, pochi minuti da Santa Gertrude e dalla funivia da cui partire per le escursioni e dalla Despar dove fare la spesa. Appartamento spazioso con ampio bagno e cucinotto comodo. Molto bello l'ampio balcone dove fare colazione, pranzo e cena vista montagne. Splendida la zona relax e spa per rilassarci dopo una giornata di escursioni in alta montagna. Bello l'idromassaggio, la sauna e la zona relax con tisane disponibili. Molto buono anche il bar da cui ordinare una pinza per cena o delle fette di torta belle importanti come dolce.

Metterei dei posti auto solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel per evitare di non trovare posto durante la giornata in cui il bar è frequentato da molta gente. Piccolo dettaglio, manca un posto o accessorio per lo scolo delle stoviglie post lavaggio.

La struttura è curata, in una bella posizione, vicino ad un fiume. Si può stare in giardino o sulla terrazza. La colazione è ottima, curata e con prodotti genuini e di qualità. Alcuni piatti vengono cucinati sul momento, nulla di confezionato.

Super Urlaub mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten

Die Eigentümer waren super, wir konnten kurz vor Mitternacht ankommen. Da Frühstück war echt lecker. Das Personal war aufmerksam und das Eis und Kuchen am Nachmittag schmecken hervorragend. Wirklich gelungen.

Parfait pour les jeunes enfants et amoureux de la nature

L’accueil chaleureux, l’intérieur joliment aménagé, les jeux pour les enfants, le jardin avec le jacuzzi et sauna, la qualité du petit déjeuner, glaces, pinsa et raviolis, le massage sur place par une physiothérapeute.

Le bruit de la route la nuit, les oreillers, l’odeur des fumeurs sur la terrasse juste en dessous de notre chambre, le bruit des chambres voisines.

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr schönes Gästehaus im wunderschönen Ultental, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und zum Relaxen. Wir hatten ein gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Zimmer inkl. Küche und Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Highlights waren für uns das tolle Frühstück und der Garten mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Hier kann man nach einer langen Wanderung super entspannen und die Ruhe genießen.

Die Landschaft ist ein Traum. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten kleine oder große Wanderungen direkt vor Ort zu machen. Das Frühstück war toll.

Relax totale!

Tutto fantastico! La posizione, la struttura, il paese...... Tutto in perfetta sintonia con la voglia di un po' di relax. L'accoglienza è stata come tra amici, il sorriso di una persona che ti accoglie fa la differenza. La stanza enorme, con tutto il necessario, molto pulita e con il letto comodissimo. Il balcone molto spazioso con le poltrone per rilassarsi al caldo sole quasi primaverile. I prodotti per l'igiene sono di un'ottima qualità, molto buoni. La colazione è una gioia per il palato, tutto molto delizioso e presentato con cura. La sauna finlandese in riva al fiume è il relax totale, e con la vasca idromassaggio chiudi la giornata in bellezza. Torneremo molto presto perché siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Incomprensione a parte, bel posto.

Ambiente pulito e ordinato. Area spa con jacuzzi all'aperto, molto suggestiva. Buona la colazione, peccato non sia a buffet, essendo servita nel bar, aperto agli esterni.

Purtroppo c'è stato un problema legato alla prenotazione con booking, circa ospiti confermati e tariffe applicate, che abbiamo cercato di spiegare in reception. La responsabile/proprietaria, evidentemente risentita, di punto in bianco se n'è andata, protestando in ladino, lasciando il compagno a chiudere il ricevimento. Riteniamo di esserci espressi con la massima calma e cortesia, non abbiamo quindi capito la reazione, assolutamente poco educata, Peraltro nessuno ci ha spiegato il discorso tariffe/ospiti.
