Beautiful nature

We had to book last minute because of a problem with other property and they were very friendly and prepare our room on a short notice. We were surprised by the beautiful place the hotel is located at and all the possibilities to explore the nature. We´ll be definitely coming back. Breakfast is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable.

A lovely relaxing stay

Very nice small hotel with friendly staff. The position is excellent for walking and exploring this beautiful valley. Good rooms and the food (particularly the dinner) was lovely. The wellness was small, but the outside hot tub was great.

Nothing really. Maybe the signs about the outside hot tub could be more prominent, as we only found it by chance. The other jacuzzi baths cost €8, but the hot tub was free.

Super schöner Wellness Urlaub in einem hervorragenden Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, man hat von jedem was bekommen egal ob Obst, Müsli, Gemüse usw. Die kleinen Specials von der Frühstückskarte waren besonders lecker und immer mit viel Mühe zubereitet. Das Personal ist mehr als aufmerksam und immer super lieb gewesen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder ein Aufenthalt im Hotel Unterpichl buchen.

Das Bett war für meine Begriffe ein bissl zu hart, das ist aber nun mal Geschmackssache und geht völlig in Ordnung. Wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, hört man die Autos auf der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel. Aber auch das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva, grazie alla qualità della struttura e del personale, con qualche aspetto mig

Hotel molto curato, chic ed estremamente pulito, con ambienti ordinati e ben tenuti. Il personale è davvero stra gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, cosa che fa sentire subito a proprio agio. Ottima la colazione, varia e di qualità, e molto buona anche la cena, con una proposta coerente con la filosofia naturale della struttura. La posizione è inoltre molto comoda, vicina all’impianto sciistico e ideale come punto di partenza per muoversi facilmente nella valle.

La zona wellness offre diversi servizi (sauna, bagno turco, docce emozionali e area relax), ma con pochi lettini e sempre occupati da chi lascia oggetti e asciugamani mentre usufruisce delle varie attività. Le due jacuzzi interne sono singole e a pagamento: considerando il costo del soggiorno, ho trovato questa scelta poco corretta. È presente anche una vasca idromassaggio esterna gratuita, ma nel mio caso, con temperature intorno ai –12 °C, dopo il bagno turco uscire all’aperto completamente bagnata non era una soluzione praticabile

Einfach , immer wieder gerne....

Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück und Abendessen wurden mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. Überdurchschnittlicher Service & kreativen Einsatz von Zubereiten der Speißen ( Menü ) Das ganze Team war immer freundlich und zuvorkomend. Reinigung der Zimmer: Immer eine tolle Geste ( zwecks Bettenlegung)

posto tranquillo, accogliente e ottimo cibo

Colazione e cena eccezionali. cose sempre fresche e diverse ogni giorno. la mattina buffet più menu alla carta tra cui scegliere piatti tipici dolci e salati. molto bella anche la SPA con vasca riscaldata esterna.

l'unica cosa è che l'hotel è fronte strada e con le finestre aperte risulta un po' rumoroso durante la notte. con le finestre chiuse l'insonorizzazione è comunque buona.

Hotel all'altezza delle aspettative, staff gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Camera grande e confortevole. Ottimo il cibo, vario e di ottima qualità, impiattamento delle portate di gran classe. Doccia larga e confortevole, anche il bagno di buone dimensioni. Idromassaggio gratuito all'esterno e biciclette gratuite.

Vacanza breve, ma intensa.

Last minute che più di così non si può, ho preso la camera la mattina del 15 agosto. Quando si dice il karma. Siamo felici di aver conosciuto questa struttura, dove tutto è improntato alla massima cura dei dettagli fin dall'arrivo. Accoglienza, gentilezza, efficienza, si riscontrano in tutti i momenti della giornata, dalla colazione fornitissima, alla cena semplicemente magistrale. La "merenda" del pomeriggio e il thè/tisane disponibili in qualsiasi momento sono una chicca, così come l'idromassaggio esterno e le saune interne. Una menzione speciale per la pulizia: Ha passato il test di mia moglie... Assicuro che lo standard percepito è molto alto. Insomma, siamo stati benissimo. Grazie.

PS Critica costruttiva: Materassi troppo rigidi, per noi, per le nostre abitudini, infatti non ce ne siamo lamentati e nemmeno abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di avere un topper più morbido. Se non ci fosse, potrebbe essere pensata come una miglioria. Intanto abbiamo già deciso che torneremo.

Sehr schönes Haus, super nettes Personal und Inhaber, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.

Die Straße direkt am Haus ist sehr laut und stärker befahren als erwartet. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nur mit Oropax.

Einmal Gast hier, immer wieder Gast hier...so ungefähr lässt es sich sagen. :-) Meiner letzten Bewertung von verherigem Jahr ist eigentlich nix hinzuzufügen: Service, Ausstattung, Komfort, Essen, Unterkunft, Sauna,...erneut wundervoll und professionell! Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, hatte eine neue, wunderschöne Beleuchtung und wir - wie auch unsere Hundedame - haben die Abende sowohl im Haus in gemütlicher Runde an der schönen Bar oder auch auf unserem Balkon sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für einen Wohlfühl-Verwöhn- Urlaub, den wir ganz besonders gebrauchen konnten!

Das Frühstück war klasse - aber der absolute Hammer war das Abendessen: 4 Gänge Menu für 15€ mit einem unglaublichem Dessertbuffet. Einfach nur fantastisch!

Fantastischer und sorgsamer Service

Die Sorgsamkeit der Wirtin war überwältigend. Wir kamen von einer Tour mit dem Fahrrad aus den Bergen und wurden durch Schnee aufgehalten. Regelmäßig suchte die Wirtin den Kontakt und hat uns nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit angeboten uns am nächstbesten Punkt abzuholen. Wir entschieden uns selber zu fahren und kamen um halb elf in dem Hotel an. Wir haben noch ein volles Menü mit allem, was das Herz begehrt bekommen. Darüber hinaus war das Hotel sauber, das Zimmer ansprechend und der Service bzw. Kontakt zu den anderen Angestellten des Hotels freundlich und zuvorkommend.
