We really enjoyed our stay at Bergtour Marukita. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the onsen is beautiful. The location is great - very close to restaurants and bars and they have a shuttle to the gondola.

The family running the place was outstanding. Everyone were so warm and hospitable, and flexible with us.
