The best hotel in Italy!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blitzburg and would happily come back. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Breakfast was included and delicious, and the added perks like the travel card and discounted ski hire tickets made everything really easy. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very well priced and genuinely tasty. Our room was very spacious with a great bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was excellent too, just a short 2-minute walk from the train station. What really stood out was the driver service to and from the ski slopes — incredibly convenient and such a nice touch. We also loved the sauna and relaxation area, which was ideal for unwinding in the afternoons. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful extras. Highly recommended.

Pleasurable and housefeeling

Everything about Hotel Plitzburg was truly heartwarming — from check-in to departure. The warm and friendly welcome made us feel immediately at home. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, creating a comforting, almost familiar atmosphere. It genuinely felt like returning to a place we already loved. The on-site restaurant was also a highlight — the steaks were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Overall, an outstanding experience. A solid 10/10.

It's close to the railway and bus stations but a bit of a walk to the centre of town. This only became an issue when I had to eat elsewhere in the evening as the hotel's restaurant was closed that night.

A perfect alpine gem of a hotel

The hotel is in an ideal location near the station and a supermarket and just a very short walk away from the old town. And yet the room was very quiet. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a big sofa! But what's really lovely about the hotel is that the staff made us feel like they were expecting us and they knew us. None of this anonymous pretence that you often get elsewhere. I'm sure next time in Bruneck we'll stay there again. The breakfast is excellent: There is a choice of different breads and rolls with many jams and cheeses. They also cook hot stuff upon order. The eggs were perfectly cooked. Also, we ate at the hotel restaurant. I've not had a better goulash with dumplings for a very long time. It was just heaven! I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant!

Comfortable stay not far from the city centre.

Not far from city centre (about 10 minutes walk), next to a large supermarket, with own private parking and restaurant. The room was quite large, with a balcony. Breakfast was alright, although warm dishes (eggs etc.) were offered when we already grabbed too much.

It's a noisy street outside, so opening your windows during the night might be sleep-disruptive.

Bella struttura in una posizione ottima

Bella struttura, vicinissima al centro, staff gentilissimo e molto professionale, che ha saputo ben coniugare una impronta familiare con un servizio da hotel. Ottimo il servizio navetta per le piste. Bella la zona relax. Ottima la pulizia. L'albergo è un a due passi a piedi dalla Stazione dei treni e da quella degli autobus e per chi pernotta in Alto Adige il trasporto regionale è gratuito. Ne abbiamo approfittato per passare un pomeriggio a Bressanone.

Ambiente histórico do próprio edifício, bastante próximo do charmoso centro histórico da cidade. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e bem decorado. Muito bom pequeno-almoço. Supermercado bem fornecido mesmo do outro lado da rua. O estacionamento privativo é um plus conveniente.
