Would recommend for winter ski/ stay .
The apartment was very clean and new, equipped with all that was necessary for a pleasant stay. Positive surprise was the free parking next to Percha Ski /Train station !

An excellent place to stay for Kronplatz ski area.
Large and clean apartment, nice smell of fresh wooden furniture, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had even an oven and a bidet. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Quality towels and sleepers. Free access to the laundry and drying machine. Location is outside Brunico, but it gives free (exclusive) card access to Percha parking near Ried ski gondola, and so the parking is never crowded or full. We had a discount to the ski rent. Enough parking places at the property, too. We also appreciated the elevator in the building. We would definitely like to come again.
Sometimes in the afternoon or evening, there is a specific smell from the cattle shed across the building. Also, as you can’t have it all, it is 7 minutes drive to Brunico, so for those who dream to go shopping on the narrow streets of the town or to walk to restaurants, this would be an information to mention.

A 10/10 Dolomite stay, we will return as soon as we can. Outstanding hotel.
An incredible property. Huge room. Great design. Spectacular views and very isolated quiet setting. If you are visiting the Dolomoties make this place your base. 10/10 would love to return.
Found the heating a little difficult to adjust, room was warm, but we sorted it with opening windows and no big deal. That was all I can think of!

Great location in the middle of the north where you can find any activity around the area within no more than 30 minutes
View,location, cleanliness and very spacious with huge balcony. With a lot of green for kids to play around the property.
The ladies may not like the smell because some times the next door ranch has some cows. In general it will take you 5 minutes to get used to it and this is very minor disadvantage and will not affect the the quality of the place
