Great location, easy parking and right in the centre of town. Ski bus located right outside the hotel. The owner was a lovely helpful lady. There was a big balcony in the room.

Hotel in a great location and we were allowed to check in early
Requested a double bed and only got twin beds. Specifically booked this hotel to have a balcony and confirmation from booking.com confirmed this but no balcony on arrival and when highlighting we were told no you got an air conditioner and we couldn’t be moved - so didn’t get what we paid for. The lady saw absolutely no problem with this.
Staff were quite short with tourists. Asked a gentlemen who I assume was the owner for a glass to have a beer in that we had with us - and he then said he would be happy to sell me a beer from his bar which to our knowledge wasn’t even open but if I didn’t want to buy a beer then it was my bad luck and I could drink my beer from the bottle.
Breakfast staff grunted towards a table for us - only got cappuccino when asked when other tables were offered.
