Hotel in a great location and we were allowed to check in early

Requested a double bed and only got twin beds. Specifically booked this hotel to have a balcony and confirmation from booking.com confirmed this but no balcony on arrival and when highlighting we were told no you got an air conditioner and we couldn’t be moved - so didn’t get what we paid for. The lady saw absolutely no problem with this. Staff were quite short with tourists. Asked a gentlemen who I assume was the owner for a glass to have a beer in that we had with us - and he then said he would be happy to sell me a beer from his bar which to our knowledge wasn’t even open but if I didn’t want to buy a beer then it was my bad luck and I could drink my beer from the bottle. Breakfast staff grunted towards a table for us - only got cappuccino when asked when other tables were offered.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, meeting all the requests and always willing to advice for the best options. Hotel very close to the center and to the bus station for the ski area.

Felt a little more hostel than hotel but excellent staff balanced out that small disappointment.

The lady host at hotel Bologna was the most accommodating and helpful person. Welcoming, informative, friendly. We are motorcyclists and were welcomed warmly and motorcycle accommodated undercover on our arrival. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed linen and towels were good. Breakfast choice was excellent and plentiful. Window shutters made the room wonderfully dark allowing you to sleep without being woken by morning light. Lady host explained local transport options to us to see the surrounding area and accommodated us with guest transport passes.

En suite was perfectly functional but a little small. The sound of other guests travelled easily, probably in part due to the hard surfaces which are understandably used in ski accommodation where guests can return wet from a day on the slopes and wear hiking boots, and woke us at times.

Location is perfect - on the road for Kron tikets, accross the centar Brunico, all is near... BUS station next to the hotel...

La posizione fantastica a 2 passi dai Mercatini di Natale! La colazione con vasta scelta e ottima qualità di prodotti! Pulizia impeccabile.

Personale un po' freddo, poco cordiale e disponibile. Unica lamentela sulla camera: sembra assurdo che nel 2025 non si possa disporre di più di una presa di corrente. Mi spiego meglio: la presa elettrica di uno dei due comodini era completamente inutilizzabile, abbiamo dovuto fare a turno per caricare i telefoni.

Отличный отель. Первый его огромный плюс в местоположении. От вокзалов минут 7. До старой части города - максимум 3. До шоппинга примерно столько же. При этом чисто, тихо и мило. Церковь и та звонит очень тактично. Второе - великолепные балконы и вид с них. Хороший напор воды, постельное бельё, свет в номере. Вообще, уезжать оттуда не хотелось, душевное место.

Очень не хватало в номере чайника. Если заехал на сутки - не страшно. А вот три дня без чая - сложно. Ну, и завтрак простой, хотя голодным не уйдёшь
