What a great place to stay and so close to the tram.

I arrived late, and the wonderful lady waited for me, so she can give me the key, so a massive thank you and the room was perfect actually bigger than I thought it was going to be, and it was perfect.

They don’t do evening meal “in-house” They recommend the restaurant next door. A limited bar food menu could be provided from the kitchen that produces breakfast !

OK but pricey room.

The room was modernised, had enough space and was clean. The bathroom and toilet were plain, but had everything one needs and was also clean. For breakfast the hotel offered fresh bread and various other nice things.

Based on the pictures one expected the reception to be staffed, but no, we found the front-door closed. It took a while before I noticed that I had received an email and a message via booking that contained a code to get the key from a key-safe. Maybe I have overlooked that detail… Where to park your car is also a bit vague, because the parking lot in front of the hotel is private. These things can happen and were solved on the spot. What did bother us was that flat roofed room was very warm. There is no airconditioning, but fortunately there was a (noisy) fan…

the hotel didn't have an elevator and it is very difficult to hold the luggage upstairs and it was handicapped unfriendly. furthermore, I thought the taxi is with the hotel but I paid myself.

Reliable internet, free parking in the backyard. I arrived late and the reception was closed but keys were provided by a machine at the entrance. There is a chicken. takeaway nearby and a restaurant across the street. good value for money considering the exorbitant hotel prices the Swiss site is offering

The room was connected through a locked door to another room which is fine. However, my neighbour was watching TV and trough the door a lot of noise was transmitted into my room

I booked from booking.com and wrote two adults and a child but they have booked the hotel fo two adults only. I ended up paying more when I arrived at the hotel. I wish I called the hotel and booked it. They give the same price as booking.com

Lovely hotel in a lovely city.

Large airy room. Welcoming staff. A short walk to the centre.

The outside of the hotel needs some work, but once you are in the hotel, everything is new and clean.
