We had such a great time at La Ferme de la Petite Noé. Jean Claude, our host, was awesome—super friendly and welcoming. He spoke great English, which he learned from listening to classic American rock and roll. He clicked right away with my teenage kids over their shared love of American music, which was really fun to see.
The room was just right for our family of four. It was a little rustic, but clean and comfy.
Breakfast was amazing—fresh croissants and chocolate croissants, homemade jam, baguettes with butter, plus orange juice, coffee, and tea. Perfect way to start the day!
Jean Claude gave us some cool tips on World War II sites that we hadn’t heard of before. We changed our plans to check them out, and honestly, it was the highlight of our trip.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a friendly vibe and a real local experience!

Gorgeous property. Lovely rooms. Jean Claude is our new friend. He went above and beyond to entertain us even bringing us for a drive in his ww2 truck.

A comfortable and unique stay - clean, comfortable, reasonable rates with a yummy breakfast with delicious pastries and homemade preserves included. But owner Jean Claude is what makes this place! Friendly, fun and so knowledgeable about the best sites in the area and happy to give recommendations. Great place to use as home base for all the area sites as long as you have a car. Wonderful stay!

Quick accommodation without complications and great communication! Nice location in middle of Normandy and excellent breakfast at 8:30 in morning. Easy parking and he also recommended other trips and places to see.
Rooster in morning, but it created an authentic environment, so it's a positive thing! Shower door was unlocked.

Generous continental style breakfast, home made fruit compotes were amazing, as were the breads, croissants and juices. Coffee definitely real wake up juice, hot and strong.
That we couldn't spend more time here.

It is a great location for touring Normandy. The host is very knowledgeable about the areas to visit in Normandy. The hotel is in a quiet location in what I believe were former farm buildings. The rooms were clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. We would stay here again.

We had the best stay at Jean Claude’s. Same as all the other reviews I should highlight what makes this place so special- the host. Always making you laugh and giving THE BEST advice on sights around the region (and not only). This place doesn’t feel like a B&B stay but more like visiting an old friend. Of course the rooms were nice and clean and the croissants for breakfast delicious. Thank you again, we will surely remember this part of our road trip!

It is an excellent location for exploring the Normandy D-Day sites. The host is a Normandy guide and gives excellent advise on where to go and what to see. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
Perhaps a sign indicating where the reception is.

Loved the property and the rooms were very nice and comfortable for our family. This place is rustic, but it’s also 200+ years old and a farm. We loved everything about the place!!
There is nothing I didn’t like!

Lovely fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. Location was great, near to all the D-Day experiences. Our room was clean and spacious. Our host was very helpful and knowledgable recommending local places to visit, including the Ryes War Cemetery which we would never have known existed, an emotional and beautiful place to see. Thank you Jean-Claude.

It was quite basic, breakfast was goood.
We were running late, and let the hosts know, but they weren't too happy that we arrived at 10pm, and made comments about it. There was no toiletries in the bathroom, we had to ask for soap, shampoo etc.

Fantastic People!
They run their business with full passion. If you want a real good guide to experience the beaches and the war you should hire the host. It is worth the investment and time. Don't expect a standard set up or ticket.
the only thing which leaves space for improvement is the Wifi.

Friendly hosts.
Very thin walls in the room, so lot of noise. Couldnt sleep the first hour because of the nois from the bar on the courtyard and the neighbours. Also during the breakfast there was a lot of bustle. For us this doesnt work that well apparently

Loved the rural setting, loved the animals, loved the breakfast and loved the charming and welcoming owners. The location is great to visit the D-Day beaches, museums and historical sites as well as Bayeux. Overall would highly recommend
The room was a bit basic but nicely decorated, the main issue was the smell coming from the pipes. For us it wasn't a big problem (after all this is a farm) but someone sensitive to smells might find it unpleasant
