a good overnight stop whilst traveling through, but may not be ideal for an extended stay

the host was welcoming. The location is very quiet. An evening meal could be taken at the property, although the property details suggested otherwise. Nice draft beer at the bar. Good parking. Most (all?) of the ground rooms have outside seating under a small roof which was a nice touch.

the rooms looked a little tired and were also a bit small. I would not like to stay here for several days, especially if traveling by motorcycle which is inevitably 'kit heavy'.

Very friendly staff. Good central location to visit all the different d-day musea. Quiet hotel with clean rooms and descent beds. Breakfast is good. A lot of parking space (also suited for motorcycles). All in all it’s really good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

Pleasant out of the way stop for a night

Breakfast was very pleasant with local offerings which made it a bit more special. Staff welcoming and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely come back if visiting the area again.

Very welcoming staff on arrival, the room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating area under the terrace. The breakfast buffet was excellent - fresh, tasty and lots of choice. It was also great to have access to a bar and snacks.

As there is no lunch/dinner option at this hotel it would be good to have a small amount of plates, cutlery, glasses, etc., in the rooms (or to be collected from reception) so that guests who buy their own food/small meals to eat on the terrace - as we did occasionally - can do so more comfortably. We ended up buying a couple of glasses, some cutlery and paper plates from the local Carrefour Hypermarket so it wasn't a big problem.

Comfortable, parking on site, good breakfast and quiet location. Staff hospitable.

Rooms are not sound proofed, could hear baby screaming, movement of furniture, etc.. Only one small window so room gets rather stuffy. the glass door/ window needs some sheer curtain as people can look into your room, unless you pull across curtains and block out all natural light.

Nice clean room, friendly pleasant owners.

Breakfast was really good. Room was ok but small and lacking in storage space, ie there was a small space for hanging clothes, but no where to put folding clothes or underwear ie drawer space, or bedside cabinet! Location was ideal for visiting local attractions.

Room 107 had a Lack of clothes storage space, no drawer space? Wifi was not good, almost unusable!, sometimes no services at all? Although there was a TV in the room there was no tv in the communal area to watch tv or mix with family and friends?

Great location, plenty of parking and excellent staff. Room was very comfortable (we were in one of the superior rooms in the "annex".... very acceptable. Clean, roomy and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have had the option to have had a (light?) evening meal.

Very good

The staff were very accommodating, lovely breakfast, relaxing outdoor space and great location for exploring historic Normandy. The free bikes on loan turned out to be the best day out exploring the D day sites.
