الغرفة اكبر غرفة سكنتها في مكة ولأول مرة دورتي مياه للغرفة كما ان الفندق امام بوابة الباصات المتجهة للحرم البنات في الاستقبال رائعات في الخدمة والمدير اكثر روعة في تعامله وخلقه
التحكم في المكيف غير فعال وتم استدعاء الصيانة وغير الثرموستات لكن استمرت المشكلة يعمل بأقوى دفع هواء لمدة دقيقتين ثم يطفى لمدة 3 دقايق رغم وضع الحرارة على 25 وحضر الفني مرة ثانية واستمر الوضع وكنت سأناديه لمرة ثالثة ومنعني من ذلك رايحة الفني الزكية تصريف الماء في المروش لايعمل مما ادى لخروج الماء للخارج امل صيانته

ممتاز من كل النواحي..الغرف واسعة جداً ونظيفة وفكرة وجود دورتين مياه ممتازة قريب جدا من الحرم والباصات متوفرة الموظفون متعاونون جدا وفيهم لياقة وحسن تعامل يسر القلب❤️
