    ​I stayed at Elaf Bakkah Hotel for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. ​ ​Rooms: The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning and bedding were excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. ​Shuttle Service: The shuttle bus service to the Haram was prompt, reliable, and convenient, which made traveling back and forth very smooth. ​Staff: The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out processes were fast and hassle-free. ​Service: Housekeeping maintained great cleanliness throughout our stay, and overall customer service was top-notch.

    المميزات القرب من الباصات الموظفين متعاونين الغرف مساحتها جيدة سرعة الاستجابة بخدمة الغرف الباركينج الخاص العيوب داخل الفندق يحتاج لإعادة صيانة لبعض الأثاث العيوب خارجزالفندق الزحام الشديد من الباعة الجائلين الذين افترشوا الأرض أمام الفندق اصبح المشي خارج الفندق صعب جدا و كذلك الانتظار بالسيارة أمام الفندق حتى إتمام إجراءات الحجز اصبح مستحيل الزحام الشديد بشارع الرحمة أمام الفندق مما أدي لصعوبة الوصول للفندق بمسافة لا تأخذ اكثر من دقيقتين استهلك حوالى ربع ساعة

    The staff are very helpful, friendly, and polite. Special thanks to Qamar Al Zaman from housekeeping for being exceptionally helpful and responsive. However, the hotel is starting to show its age, and some facilities and amenities would benefit from refurbishment and improved maintenance.

    We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was a major water leak from the bathroom, and despite repeatedly trying to call reception and find an emergency number, no one answered. I eventually had to go downstairs myself. The receptionist told me he was alone and couldn’t answer the phone if someone was standing in front of him. I explained that this was an emergency and there should at least be a number guests can reach when something serious happens. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately the problems continued. The rooms are extremely noisy — you can hear doors opening and closing, people outside, and noise from the road. We literally couldn’t sleep properly. On top of that, the bed sheets were not clean, which made the experience even worse. The parking/check-in process was also unnecessarily difficult. The security guard would not allow us to park before checking in, even after I showed him our confirmed booking. He insisted that we park elsewhere, go inside to check in, bring the room card back, and only then would he allow us to enter the parking. This is especially inconvenient because it is already very difficult to find somewhere to stop in front of the hotel just to complete check-in. Overall, between the serious water leak, no response in an emergency, poor soundproofing, unclean sheets, and the inconvenient parking procedure, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and we were unable to get a proper night’s sleep. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
