    موقع سهل الوصول الحرم, موقف للسيارات , مطعم للافطار بوفيه مفتوح والعشاء ومتاح منيو طوال لليوم , , موقف للسياره ,قاعة اجتماعات لو فيه اعمال خلال مجهزة خلال الاقامة , فريق عمل مرحب وخدوم واستقبال جيد , الغرفة مساحة مقبولة وبها كل المواد المستهلكة مثل ادوات الحمام صابو وشامبو وبلسم وليفه ومناشف نظيفة ويخان شاي المصاعد متوفرة وبدون زحام او تاخير , اقامة جيدة جدا وسعر جيد جدا ارجو الحفاظ علي جودة الخدمة وايضا الاستمراربنفس الاسعر بدون زيادة مع السكر لفندق ايلاف بكه

    We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was a major water leak from the bathroom, and despite repeatedly trying to call reception and find an emergency number, no one answered. I eventually had to go downstairs myself. The receptionist told me he was alone and couldn’t answer the phone if someone was standing in front of him. I explained that this was an emergency and there should at least be a number guests can reach when something serious happens. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately the problems continued. The rooms are extremely noisy — you can hear doors opening and closing, people outside, and noise from the road. We literally couldn’t sleep properly. On top of that, the bed sheets were not clean, which made the experience even worse. The parking/check-in process was also unnecessarily difficult. The security guard would not allow us to park before checking in, even after I showed him our confirmed booking. He insisted that we park elsewhere, go inside to check in, bring the room card back, and only then would he allow us to enter the parking. This is especially inconvenient because it is already very difficult to find somewhere to stop in front of the hotel just to complete check-in. Overall, between the serious water leak, no response in an emergency, poor soundproofing, unclean sheets, and the inconvenient parking procedure, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and we were unable to get a proper night’s sleep. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
