The reception staff provided poor service. They gave us our room keys without offering to help with our luggage or showing us where the elevators were located. Additionally, we requested fresh towels twice, but our request was never fulfilled.

Close to Haram and everything is available nearby
Drainage system is need to fix. Used water gathered in sink and shower area.
Shuttle service to be improved as to add at least one more bus. Only one bus is not enough for guests to commute.

The reception was a major downside. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained for front-desk duties. Another big issue was communication — no one ever answered the phone at the hotel. We tried to make changes, but there was no response. Overall, communication skills, both online and in person, were a very serious weakness. Apart from that, the stay itself was okay. The hotel was decent, and there were no other major issues.
