We had the 2 bedroom Family Executive room with balcony. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The interior was tastefully decorated which made it feel so luxurious. The welcome drink and fruits were little touches that left a very good 1st impression. The buffet breakfast also had a good selection of local foods.
The pool is nothing like the photo. It is small in real life and didn’t see anyone using it.

The location was perfect, in the heart of the old quarter, yet quiet. The hotel is full of character and charm. We loved the verandah where you could look out and feel that you were a part of this beautiful city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar offered a spectacular view. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Location, good breakfast options, great rooftop bar / dining and very accomodating staff - our room was a good size although no window (this was made clear on booking)
Slight oversight on dining but suitably apologised / compensated.

We are staying here for the second time, and the service is excellent, as always. An excellent hotel, location, and service.
