Amazing, super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms, and entire building, are full of character and nothing like western hotel rooms. Location is great, and close to everything. Anna is awesome and will help you with everything, from tours to domestic flights.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so welcoming, they go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your holiday

The property is good and close the market, all shopping experience is very close by. The lake was also very close for walk or run, I will say all the required stuffs were close by. The breakfast place at 12th floor was very nice.
The mutton, beef and non vegetarian items selling outside the hotel was biggest problem for all of us.
