    It's a very unassuming from the outside (and in an alley), but every room is decorated with wood and really cool artifacts. Rooms are standard size for the area. Breakfast is decent, and has some views.

    Hotel room true to image on agoda, oriental theme. Room is cozy, wit smart TV, Hotel staff are very helpful and kind - they really assist to support with your queries, and genuine. Good breakfast spread and nice view with restaurant at the higher floor wth full glass view.

    This hotel is so beautiful and with an authentic style, but has all the comforts and luxury that you need during your stay in Hanoi. Anna is an amazing, energetic and friendly guest services host. She will make you feel right at home. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer than one night!

    Ke Cho Legacy is more than a hotel - it feels like a piece of art, quietly tucked away in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. - The location is perfect: just a few steps from Ta Hien and Hoan Kiem Lake, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. What makes the hotel truly special is its deep connection to Hanoi’s culture. Inspired by the 36 streets of the Old Quarter, every room tells its own story, and every corner feels thoughtfully curated. You can genuinely feel the passion behind it - the owner spent 10 years building and constantly reinventing the place, and that patience shows. - The rooftop bar is another highlight, with a beautiful view directly over the lake. But honestly, the most precious part of the experience is the people. - A special thank you to Anna. She takes care of every guest with such genuine warmth and a real sense of pride in the hotel and love for Hanoi. What touched me most was the way she spoke with my son (Sam) - not just as a guest, but with such natural kindness and sincerity. He still misses her so much :((( - Well done, Anna, and the whole team. You’ve created something that feels much more personal than a hotel. We’ll definitely be back - especially once the basement treasure room/ heritage collection space is completed. I’m very curious to see the “hidden treasures” the hotel has been keeping for Hanoi lovers. Until next time, Ke Cho Legacy. 🤍
