From Check in to Check out the overall stay was very pleasant . The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and adequate for our stay . The breakfast was great with a variety of options .
The hotel has 4 swimming pools which was good because there was a lot of people staying there . The hotel was an easy walk to Kata beach where you could rent out the sun loungers . Also it was close to the many restaurants nearby with a great selection of seafood and thai food .
The bathroom drain was easily flooded from overflow from the shower

Great location, good range of eateries and bars around , walking distance or easy to get transportation in the area.
Hotel facilities good although very large hotel!
