    The rooms are nice and spacious. Great place for families. Great value. Tons of pool options but the beach is not to far and there's also a shuttle service to Karon as well. My only issue is that the deposit of 3000฿ was hidden in the hotel details (really have to click into it). It should've been mentioned in their welcome message. I don't mind that they have a deposit, but I would've been more prepared. This can also be used towards food at the hotel as well.

    One of the best experiences in Phuket. The hotel is just a minute away from Kata Beach. The swimming pools were amazing. My kids did not even wanted to leave the hotel pool. They were more interested in staying at hotel than to the beaches. The staffs were top notch and highly professional. I was really humbled by the good gestures from the hotel management on my room up gradation considering my two kids and without a single penny. It punches above in every segments with amenities it provides at this price point. Hats off to them !!! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back here again !!!

    พนักงานบริดารแย่มากเราจองไป2ห้อง ​2ผู่ใหญ่1เด็ก​ทั้งสองห้อง​ ​พนักงานแจ้งว่าต้องชาร์จเด็กคนละ 1,000 บาทต่อวัน​เราเลยตัดสินใจจองห้องเพิ่มอีก 1 ห้อง​หลังจากเช็คอินพนักงาน​หลังจากเช็คอินพนักงาน​พยายามถามอีกว่ามีคนอื่นมาอีกไหม​ซึ่งเราก็แจ้งแล้วว่ามาเท่าที่เห็น​ไม่มีเพิ่ม​​แต่พนักงานก็ยังถามอีก​รู้สึกเหมือนติดคุกมากกว่ามาเที่ยว​ทั้งที่จองห้องให้ครบตามนโยบาย​ ​ผลสุดท้ายห้องมีปัญหา 2 ห้องทั้งแอร์ไม่เย็นไฟไม่ติดไม่มีการรับผิดชอบจากพนักงานหรือแก้ไขปัญหาให้อย่างจริงจัง​ ​รู้สึกอึดอัด​ เหมือนโดนจับผิด​งง​ว่าทำมัยเป็นแบบนั้น
