We had low expectations because it is such a small property, but we loved our stay and everything about the hotel. 10/10 would recommend, especially for young travellers/couples, since there is no elevator. Also, great massage spots in the same lane!

It's location is it's best asset, it's about a 2 minute walk to Kata beach and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the air con worked.
The safe didn't work (the lock was stuck open) the TV didn't work (tried every button on the remote nothing happened) the rooms are very close to each other so other guests coming back and being loud at 2-3 am was annoying. Would of been nice if the staff offered to help take the luggage up to the room but they didn't.
