The place itself was amazing, the design of the hotel is exceptional, I've never seen so many details and love poured into a hotel before, it felt magical and absolutely amazing. Highly highly recommend

Excellent hotel! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The magical nighttime lighting creates a wonderful atmosphere. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. There’s also a large, clean swimming pool that’s perfect for taking great photos and enjoying a relaxing stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff was nice and friendly, beautiful property, and the villa would have been perfect if it didn’t smell like death, items restocked, and you could actually take a bath and use foot bath

The villa reeked of a dead rodent or small animal of some sort, it was awful. They attempted to clean but the smell remained, then they tried to cover up the smell with scents that were so overwhelming that we had to change to a much less desirable villa. The water pressure was weak, it took forever for warm water, the foot bath and bathtub could not be filled because of this. The items were not regularly restocked - never refilled drinks or snacks. We spent quite a lot of money on food, spa treatments, and the villa and they was comped to make up for the days spent nauseated from the horrendous smell.
