Clear instructions, flexible. Lucas was very kind. Big, quiet apartement, close to station and tram.
No showergel/shampoo nor tea/coffee. Blankets are small

A nice, clean and rather well supplied appartment with a good connection to the main station (10 min walk) and to the city center (ca. 15 min via tram 1 and metro U1 or 30 min by walk). The area is very quiet and it offers easy access to supermarkets (Billa, Höfer) and other shops and coffee places. The check-in/check-out process was also very easy, with very kind hosts (although not too fluent in English), and beds were comfortable.
The appartment was a bit old fashioned. Some extras (i.e. shower gel, extra toilet paper) not supplied

Cozy, feeling like home in Vienna
The water temperature is quite unstable which makes showering experience so poor during winter time
