The flat was clean
A bit older furniture from 2000 / 2010, the bed was not super comfy.

Within walking distance from the main station however even closer if you catch the trams. Greeted by the Manager and had everything explained to us about the apartment. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Curtains in the main bedroom were a little concerning as they are very transparent.
