Location only 5 minute walk to tram station, excellent links to city.
No lift, it was extremely hot, 4th floor great for youngsters not so good for 2 pensioners with 20kg bags. No aircon.although the apartment did not get the afternoon sun which helped.

The facility to reach the staff, the cleanliness, the fact that the apartment was quite new and well noise isolated
It only misses air conditioning because during these heat waves it’s really too hot to survive

Jeg trengte å være i dette distriktet, derfor var det ok. Ellers er det fullt med folk fra islamiske land. du kan finne reise byråer til islamiske land, restauranter fra Tyrkia y Persia, osv, men ikke fra Østerrike der. Det er gode forbindelser til sentrum av Wien og andre deler av byen med buss og metro. Sentralstasjon ligger noe 30 minutter å gå derfra. Leiligheten var veldig rolig.
Det var ikke veldig rent der. Samtidig kom folk fra husvert den samme dag når noe ikke var etter ønske. De to soverom var små og bare en garderobe (et skap) for alle. Det samme gjelder for badrom.
