All was good

Communication with the hosts was excellent. The check-in process was very clear and straightforward. The apartment matches the description and posted photos perfectly; it is fully equipped with everything needed. We also booked a parking space, which was great. There are Lidl and Profi stores (among others), a metro station, and many restaurants nearby. We relied heavily on public transport to get around.

To reach the parking area, you have to pass through a rather narrow passageway. Fortunately, the hosts had provided the dimensions, and my car fit with barely any room to spare. It is possible to park there with a bit of maneuvering skill. However, this isn't the hosts' fault; it is simply the building's architecture. In any case, there are garages available for parking in the immediate vicinity. So I don't consider it a downside, but it's good to know.

El alojamiento es moderno y amueblado recientemente. Las fotos se ajustan a lo que encuentras. La ubicacion es buena, cerca del transporte publico.

El alojamiento es estructuralmente adecuado, pero falla en los detalles que lo podrian hacer extraordinario. La entrada al parking (que tiene coste adicional) es de alto riesgo, con apenas unos centimetros libres a cada lado del coche. Aunque el alojamiento dispone de menaje, faltan productos básicos o son limitados (p. e. 5 capsulas de cafe, tres bolsas de basura, cuatro pastillas de detergente, etc). La limpieza solo alcanza el nivel mínimo admisible, no es destacable especialmente. En resumen, cumple con los mínimos pero no tiene nada que te deje un especial recuerdo de la estancia.
