Excellent location with secure parking in a very nice neighborhood. Close to groceries, restaurants and a short walk to the historic sites of Vienna.
The furniture for sitting and relaxing could be improved.

Mod cons, cleanliness, decor, space, outside tub! Great location. Karlskirch literally at end of the road!
One of our party said rhe sofa bed she slept on was quite uncomfortable. The beds were really comfy.though.

This is our third visit to the apartment. It is in a very good location, has a wonderful calm private garden and is very comfortable. Vivian is very helpful and deals promptly with any issues which may arise. If we come again to Vienna we want to stay again in this apartment.

-host very inconsiderate: had forgotten that we would arrive; appartement was not ready
-appartement is “Asian” style (furnishing very uncheerfull , sometimes uncomfortable and very basic). -Host should follow a training how to furnish an appartement…..
-Some devices were not functioning:pump in toilet, two lamps, soap dispensor
-Coocking a normal meal is not possible: lack of equipment
-Appartment is very expensive: you may expect that everything is top
