Absolutely not recommended!!!

Only the location.

This hotel is completely unacceptable and should not be listed as suitable for guests. The hygiene was appalling, with visibly dirty conditions and no proper cleaning. The heating system was either broken or useless, leaving the room freezing cold, which caused me to become ill during my stay. The furniture was damaged, broken, and unsafe, clearly showing a total lack of maintenance. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and unable to communicate in English, making even basic requests difficult. This property fails to meet minimum hospitality standards in every possible way. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Nothing and I was overcharged!! I will be calling Booking.com corporate to let them know! It was completely unacceptable. I will never use booking.com again and will tell everyone I know. Horrible experience.

Very nice owner. Clean and quiet room. Perfect for overnight stay

I should highlight that the owner is very nice. Even though the checkin is not possible beyond 19h, he understood my case that my airplane landed late, and offered a Whatsapp video to explain how to get in and retrieve the keys late in the night. I like that. Besides this, the room was clean and warm. Shower room itself was a bit cold, but water temperature was perfect, I can't complain.

My only reservation is that the hotel should remove the bed and breakfast option from booking.com offer, since breakfasts are not served due to the effect of the recent covid panic.

Posizione relativamente vicino il centro. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Presenza doppie finestre e scrivania spaziosa. Sanitari nuovi. Staff cordiale.

Vista esterna davvero pessima. Antro pre-reception che sembra un mix tra un garage ed una ex sala colazioni. Mobili all'interno danneggiati. Luci non perfettamente funzionanti Serranda guasta, doccia semi guasta, panca presente in stanza danneggiata, specchio pesantemente usurato. Finestre da pulire e molti posti impolverati

Chi si accontenta gode

La corte interna destinata al parcheggio presenta uno sterrato pieno di pozzanghere e acquitrini; un minimo di manutenzione sarebbe indispensabile. Nel miniappartamento per 3 persone che abbiamo utilzzato l'acqua calda era disponibile solo accendendo il riscaldamento.

Manutenzione area parcheggio. Revisione caldaia a servizio del mini. Il prezzo (oltre 120 € per una tripla) non appare congruo rispetto alla qualità della struttura, considerata anche l'ubicazione.

Posizione strategica in zona molto centrale e ricca di servizi

La struttura è essenziale ma ben organizzata, pulita e comfortevole, servizi ben strutturati e semplici da utilizzare, zona silenziosa e poco trafficata; il wifi è potente e sempre disponibile, c'è un piccolo parcheggio sul retro; la struttura è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'Ospedale.
