A beautiful hotel in a lovely garden and a very warm personal welcome by the landlady. Very spacious room with a wonderful view and comfortable beds. A nice big modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in a delightful dining room. I loved sitting in the garden in the evening and having a little drink enjoying the sunset. Best of all: I travelled during the big mid-July heatwave and was happy to find a ventilator in the wardrobe. That was lifesaver during the hot night.
Well, it is just my own thing, but I don´t like showers where the shower head is fixed to the wall instead of to a flexible hose. I am an elderly woman and a bit overweight. I find it hard to get the water to the parts of my body where it is needed most. Men don´t have the same problems with that as women have due to their different anatomy if you understand what I mean.
