brilliant stay

Quick weekend ferry trip with my Mum. Museum is fantastic, smallish and full of great stuff, fantastic paintings and amazing old maps. Try and be there for the Saturday market and Sunday flea market on the beach. Hotel was brilliant, breakfast was nice and if weather had been warmer we could have eaten outside. Rooms were great, and very worth getting a sea view. The dolphins in the sea at 8am were perfect swimming friends.

the lobby was kind of odd decor, the building is mid century and could be amazing with loads of original features, but it had odd teddys, sculptures and strange art. Shame as with a little bit of consideration it would be very stylish, but then much more expensive.

Home from home

I've lost track of how many times we've stayed at the Aguado. But every time it's like coming home. We are always given such a wonderful warm welcome. The hotel itself is so comfortable, spotlessly clean and just charming. Thank you team Aguado for looking after us so well.

Wonderful hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel so many times now, that it's like coming home. The staff are always so welcoming. They are so friendly. We are always given the same room, as they know that we really like it. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It's an absolute delight to stay at the Hotel Aguado. We look forward to going back in September.

Hotel looks like it has just been refurbished. Spotlessly clean and is in an excellent location, facing the sea. It is close to the ferry and town. Parking freely available along seafront. The shower is great.

No dislikes. The room is on the small side but perfectly adequate. Not cramped.

Wonderful hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a lovely king-size bed, tea and coffee making facilities and lovely toiletries. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location was fantastic, it was so easy to get everywhere from the hotel . Would thoroughly recommend it.

Fabulous location. very central to beach and town. staff are exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amenities in the room very basic. would have liked a bottle of water. This is only a minor criticism as the hotel was ideally located and it was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional.

Convenient to the ferry port and well equipped room

Room was well equipped including a kettle and fridge. There was a warm welcome and it is possible to arrive late here which is useful if you are on a late ferry. The room was very warm on arrival but my top floor room had large opening windows so it was possible to cool it down in time. It was quiet within the hotel. Didn't have time to enjoy the view od the meal options.

The room was very hot on arrival. With the window open it was quite noisy with a lot of drunken revellers in the street.
