Loved my room and the fact that Nick moved me to a ground floor room due to health problems.Stayed here a few times and look forward to next time.

No fridge and tiny wardrobe but lots of hangers

Location and host were exceptional, staff were lovely, and overall the building was pleasant and very clean

The mattress was quite thin and not the most comfortable to sleep on but the biggest downside was the size of the en suite - if you are in anyway a big person you will struggle to even sit down on the toilet and will have to physically stand up to wipe as between being squished by the sink (which is in your lap if your sitting down) and the being squished by the walls, theres no way your getting a hand down underneath yourself while seated. The shower was a good size in fairness although the door couldnt open fully as it was also blocked by the sink

Clean and bright

If you get a room at front of house you hear all the traffic even with window closed so is quite loud

Location great. Cleanliness good.

Storage terrible. Nowhere in bathroom to put anything but the floor. We stayed 2 days and found it difficult to cope without proper storage.I had a full length dress for a wedding, couldn't hang it on rail, had to hang outside of wardrobe space. Only cubes for clothes, personal items etc.no drawers. May be OK for one night but not for any longer. I left an expensive phone charger plugged in when we went home. As soon as we got back I left a text message to report it. Nobody has got in touch regarding this. I only live 45 minutes away so could easily have collected it. Not impressed with customer care.
