it does not provide breakfast but there are places to eat near by. I it was clean easy to follow instructions
warning that there is no toiletries like shampoo soap etc would be beneficial. Massive surname on envelope on the wall for everyone there to read is not my preferred method. having window overlooking smoking place outside- I was glad it was not summer. Squeaky floor boards on my ground floor and the room above. the guy who was above was coughing and talking to himself, was a bit scarry. I put my suitcase against my door for the night, and slept well. Over all it was not the cheapest place to stay.

Location, always reasonable and very clean. Good quality linen.
Small room (no 7) could only access the bed from one side. Could be a problem for some.

The property was fine, clean and very handy for the location I needed to atttend
The room I had was on the ground floor, the travellers in the room above were extremely noisy nightly, coming in after midnight, banging about in the rooms , not realising the wooden floors did nothing to help the noise they made…
