Helpful staff, but language barriers

Overall impression was quite average – clean and tidy, but the beds were narrow, and the hairdryer was broken.

The staff were very helpful and kind, but they spoke only Italian, which made it a bit challenging to receive instructions and communicate effectively

Decent place for short and cheap stay but not for a good sleep

The breakfast was OK, and the staff were friendly. There was a bus stop right outside a hotel, which I used to get to the historical centre.

It was terribly noisy. The hotel is on a busy street, so opening a window at night wouldn't allow me to sleep. The doors were very thin, and I could hear all the people walking and talking (in Italy people talk LOUD) in a corridor, as well as other doors slamming, which interfered with my sleep, especially in the morning.

The staff is very friendly

This is not a good structure. Everything inside is very old and outdated. The air conditioning was poor, sometimes there was a blackout on the floor where all rooms are located. Rooms are not well isolated, in the morning you can hear everything happening either in the corridor or at the reception. The position is very far from the main things to do in Turin and not many buses arrive there. Fortunately I had the app for the car sharing, but every time I had to spend roughly 15€ to get into town. True that this hotel is not expensive compared to the rest, but I think the structure needs an important renovation !

Value for money stay with no frills

The room was dated and basic but we were only staying one night and it was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the host was friendly. Lots of stairs to climb to reach our bedroom.
