Passable for one night.

Close to football stadium which was the purpose of my trip

Room felt cramped, bed felt incredible small, way to close to other person either side of me. Not enough space. Bathroom felt dirty, felt like I didn't want to shower in it.

It was good place to stay in Torino

Staff was kind and friendly,and always ready to help. I did have breakfast overthere-which just find out day before arrival.brekafast was good enough- breakfast cereals,juice,croissants and jam.and good choice of express coffee.room service was every day or every second day.

It was a little bit far from city centre,but it turns out not a problem any more.

Acceptable but very minimal.

Everything was acceptable for the price. There was no atmosphere to the hostel though, it didn't feel welcoming to be in the common areas. Some facilities it said it had were not really there (e.g. hairdryer). Also if you needed help as a guest before 3pm (check opens) there was no one to contact for help. The staff were polite but not contactable. You had to hope someone came to reception who could help. Bus and train options into town but it does take at least 30-45min.

Very poor

The man in reception was very disrespectful, I arrived at 11:30 because of my arrival time. I didn't find any options on booking.com regarding the check in time but, when I arrived the man in the reception miss behaved a lot. The room was very hot, there was no fans, I sweit the whole night.

Great generally, Olympic village area + a huge shopping centre 10min walk 👌

Localisation is a bit far from center by walk otherwise good with public transport. Breakfast just what is needed I liked a lot warm croissant and choice of drinks 👍. Staff super great, Andrea is just so interesting person love that 🤩.

An enjoyable stay in Torino

Location is really close to Lingotto train station, nice friendly staff, clean room, I enjoyed my stay there

The lack of a/c is a bit of a problem on very hot days, and the addition of privacy curtains on the beds would also be nice

Bad attitude

from station Lingotto to hostel, need to crossed the whole area of former Fiat factory area then another not short distance Bridge, definitely not that CLOSE to subway station. I arrived at the evening after long train trip and feel tired, even I paid before but still took about 10 min to check in. I didn't get the room which I booked, instead of a very tiny room with 3 beds. My bed wasn't have a pillow, so I went back to reception. The man asked me if I wanted him to go buy one. I explained to him again that I needed a pillow for sleep. He answered me that wasn't his problem! I couldn't understand his attitude at all. A staff went to storage room and give me a pillow. I took it and walked away. Others witnessed what happened, someone came to talked to me... The man got angry and shouted at me " come back, I need to talk to you". He questioned why I talked to other person and asked wherevi came from originally ( I used the German ID card for check in) then shouted at my face " go back to China"... Later on people who stayed in the hostel told me that better tried to avoid him, they had the bad experience with this man (who runs the hostel) days ago as well.

The hostel is pretty close to the metro and other public transport. The staff is nice and let me use the computer when i got my phone stollen somewhere else.

The accoustic is awefull and you here whats going on in the corridor and stairs. The wifi is only available downstairs and there is no place that i know of where you can b convenient for a video call with wifi in à quiet space.

It's really good connected with metro, train station and shopping mall. You can arrive in only few minutes to center of the city and seing monuments, palaces and museums.

Bad

It was definitely the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, this man at the reception desk was extremely rude since my arrival at the hostel, he repeatedly made grotesque comments about women that even justified rapes and harmful acts against them. Besides being misogynistic, he was also really xenophobic and put me down for the language I speak and also my nationality. In addition to this, when I was making the payment in cash in accordance with what I saw in the website (because at the time of the reservation it said that it was possible to pay in this way) this guy told me that he didn’t have cash to give me back, when I expressed my obvious disagreement He just decided to literally THROW THE MONEY IN MY FACE and insulting me saying “You need it more than I do” he said that he had a lot of money, not like me who came from a poor country. Added to this there were more verbal attacks that I’m not even able to mention . I’m making this review to warn you, cause in this accommodation they discriminate, and it generates a huge feeling of insecurity towards people who are traveling alone and especially women. I felt totally violated and sad, completely ruining my all experience.

Great value for low price

Great value for low price. Much better than expected. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and large enough. Breakfast included! Great position for Lingotto but also well connected to downtown (the subway stop is very close)
