Excellent central location for our long weekend in London. Facilities spotless. Rooms perfect for our family of 5. Having breakfast included was great and friendly staff ensured all foods were topped up. Breakfast simple but perfect and good choice for all palates!

This place is very good; compared to what you usually get for this price in London, this was quite a surprise. Very clean and new… friendly staff and everything was basic but good.
The rooms are quite small, but again for this price it’s an exceptional value for money in London.

Great and peaceful location, close to subway stations. Clean Room, hot shower and good beds. Decent Breakfast included. Overall good value for money if you need a place to sleep in London without breaking the bank.
We booked a 3-person room which turned out to be quite small. A bit more room and closet space to store clothes and bags would have been nice.

Location ! Close to Paddington station
Missed our instructions and the first night stay was very chaotic. Later they fixed it for the next day.
