    Everything is what is expected, clean, bed and shower, except when they asked £5 to store my bag when I checked out

    There is no elevator here which is not good. The staff are friendly.

    Got to hotel room on 5th floor. No lift working. Got to room and found 2 x double beds went all the way back down the stairs and asked at reception to be told we do not have quadruple rooms with single beds. The room should of been 2x single 1x double. The guy on reception said they not have this type of room. (Well the website/booking page says different. Hotel was very dirty and the bathroom was damaged every where you looked. Tiles taps shower door no safety on window. Hotel is a 1 star at best.
