    Room was very small and like a box room certainly not a deluxe double. Queried it and told well sometimes the pics online don’t match the bedrooms offered. Is that an EXCUSE !!!! Then to top it all even with the AGODA RECEIPT we were told there was no payment made and charged again for booking. It was a very bad version of a legendary CARRY ON FILM. Oh Dear !

    It’s a refurbished block of flats, I think. The room I got was a very spacious loft-type room, which I did find nice. However, furnishings and decoration in the room are visibly aged and haven’t been touched up which takes away from the experience. It also gives it an appearance of being unkempt but it was reasonably clean. The walls are thin, even the ones facing the street so I could hear car noises and other guests walking up and down. The bathroom towel rack was also placed quite high for someone of a smaller stature, and trying to grab a body towel from the shelf might be a reason for an accident. The front of house were courteous upon my arrival and approachable as I’d intended to leave my luggage before checking in, but they’d informed me that my room was ready for check-in which was perfect! Housekeeping were also very accommodating with requests, furnishing me with additional water and toilet rolls with no fuss.

    We got a nice loft for a short stay. So convenient, right beside Paddington station yet quiet. One of the biggest problems is most places might not have a lift and you end up having to haul big bags up to stairs. Thankfully this place has an elevator :)

    Handy for St Pancras early Eurostar Departure.The hotel does nothing special , but if all you need is a room ,it ticks the box. Be aware though that the staff have to manage overbooking , and try to relocate you to different properties , some well away from the original booking hotel. They also will try and insist you have been informed by email of the situation , unfortunately in our case this was false . Stand by your guns , and get them to move someone else.
