I stay here regularly - it's super clean and the staff are lovely.
If you've got people in a room above you there is quite a bit of noise when they move around

Great location for westfield and stop for a concert at wembley. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby - Tube stop just down the road. Standard/basic room but had everything you need when you are just stopping for one night for a concert.

My flight came late yet the staff were happy to let me in very early hours in the morning. It is a family run hotel with some cute quirks but add to it's charm. Location is great and so the proximity to specific amenities. The staff were very considerate and helpful. Despite the room been small the staff worked hard to make it comfortable and great for rest and work. Thank you all
Struggle to find something to say. One can be picky but for the price, location and the provided amenities would say it is on balance a very fair hotel

price location was ok
hard mattress old damaged furnishing poor pillows poor shower jet half blocked. These are not caring condtions which with a little bit of money and effort could turn the guest house around to be more positive so hope this review is a reminder
