Nice staff, good location

The bathroom had no curtain and the water was going everywhere, the breakfast was slim and when something waw out it was not refilled.

It wasn’t too bad but they can offer more for the price

I didn’t like the location (partially my fault cause I should’ve researched more). I didn’t like the room, it was too small with terrible lighting. The bathroom was literally in a corner of the room, tiny and separated with a blurred glass.

Nice and clean hotel

Nice and clean hotel. Super helpfulll people from the reception desk, they have one of their staff who speak fluent Serbian language, he gave us late check out free of charge. Breakfast is good and varied, they have always lots of choice. Room is completly renovirated, brand new bathroom, beds, and all other amenities are in great conditions. Cleaing is on higl level, they change us towels every day as well as sheets on 2 or 3 days, all room was auper cleam in every moment. Thanks to housekeeping ladies. Every room have balcony. This was our third stay and we definatelly would come again.

First night we spent in non renoveted riom, bathroom was old and amenities is bad condition, as well as all room is old and it could affect on stay comfort. It is huge difference between rooms, it is seems like you stay in two different hotels.As we spent 10 overnights, we are very satisfied with our renovated room.

Brakfast was very good and big choice of diferent food. Room comfortable, clean. Location is good, because iti is near to the port and the beginning of the promenade by the sea, but the environment is not the most beautiful

The breakfast was ok, the beds were comfortable. The reception staff was helpful with the parking. Although the hotel parking was full (it's a small parking, less than 10 places), they helped us find a food parking place on the street (free parking).

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. It was a very hot night, the air conditioning seemed very old and it did not manage to cool the room.

The breakfast service staff was a bit in delay with loading the empty plates. The level of the light at the bathroom was low. It is need more lumens. Some dusty lights over the desk need a bit more attention.

There was stable wifi everywhere. The breakfast was excellent. The parking lot was safe, and even if there is no free space, there is a free public parking lot on the street in front of the hotel.

There were no slippers in the room, we even asked at the reception. Towels were not changed regularly unless you told them at reception. There is only one elevator, and there are too many rooms in the hotel, and most of the guests use it.
