A modern, clean, and well-designed stay with excellent amenities.

I absolutely loved everything about the accommodation. The basement entertainment area with a pool table, table tennis, and video game consoles was a great addition. There is also a laundry room available for guests, which is very convenient. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-organized. Although compact, the space is very thoughtfully designed and highly functional – compliments to the architect! We also had a coffee machine with capsules in the room, which was a lovely touch. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The only downside was the parking situation in the area, which can be quite challenging. Fortunately, our friends had accommodation elsewhere with private parking, so we didn’t face major issues. However, the property is close to the main bus station, and the recently opened metro line makes it easy to get around the city without a car.

Was great, would stay again

This renovated property was in a quiet location and matched the description. Parking was easy. The kitchenette was well equipped. Towel warmer was nice, and the roof balcony would be great for the summer. A large bottle of water and rose were waiting in the fridge. There was conditioner in the shower, and many showering options.

I always prefer to be greeted by a human, but the self-check in was easy with the video tutorials provided.

A Modern, Comfortable Stay with Great Service

The property was exceptionally clean and well organized. The room featured a Google speaker, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were spacious and spotless. Both the main entrance and the room door had smart locks, adding an extra level of convenience and security. I didn’t use the other facilities, but everything appeared well maintained. I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and the owner corrected my mistake within a minute, free of charge — outstanding service.

The only minor inconvenience was parking — there’s no private parking available, so I had to find a free spot on the nearby streets.

Very comfortable room, astonishing cleanliness, the Hostess is extremely hospitable, very polite and really helpful with everything. The kids really loved the play room!!! I would absolutely recommend it to families with small children.

Great looking apartment as long as you are not using it

The location was good, the apartment looked modern. In the fridge there was a guest bottle of wine.

The bed was too small for a couple (120 cm). The shower is designed horribly, there is no way to close it. You just have a fixed side glass wall so when you use anything else than a shower head (and it's modern so there are water streams and other functions) the entire bathroom gets completely wet. And it's not properly leveled so the water stays on the floor. It was super loud from the outside the entire night (cars and people screaming). In the drawers we found screws from assembling the furniture. The pillows were uncomfortable but I guess this is a case of preference. And of course like in most of Greece you cannot flush toilet paper, and there is no bidet as alternative so let's just say it's an enormous cultural shock.

Έρχομαι στην Θεσσαλονικη συχνά για δουλειά και έχω μείνει απίστευτα ικανοποιημένος με το κατάλυμα . Τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα , σύγχρονα και πολύ ζεστά , ιδανικό για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, λιγότερο από 5 ευρώ με ταξί έως την Αριστοτέλους. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό, ενώ η υπεύθυνη, η Δέσποινα, ήταν πραγματικά καταπληκτική — επαγγελματική, φιλική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Πλέον είναι σημείο αναφοράς και μέτρο σύγκρισης για εμένα όσον αφορά την διαμονή μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη.

Για Θέση πάρκινγκ , πάντα να ζητάτε την συμβουλή της Δέσποινας....μπορειτε να ξεφορτωσετε άνετα έξω από το κατάλυμα. Φυσικά οικογένειες και άνθρωποι με ειδικές ανάγκες έχουν την δική τους θέση Parking.

Υπέροχος χώρος, πεντακάθαρος, υπερσύγχρονος και σε προνομιακή τοποθεσία. Πολύ ασφαλής μιας κι υπήρχε κωδικός κ στην εξώπορτα κ στο διαμέρισμα μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Υπήρχε διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ σε κοντινό στενό.

Apartament przewyższył nasze oczekiwania! Komfortowy, nowoczesny, idealnie wyposażony we wszystko.

Wszystko bylo idealnie. Apartament nowiutki i bardzo nowoczesny. Czystośc nieskazitelną, jakbyśmy byli pierwszymi gośćmi. W kuchni ekspres , kawa , herbata , ciasteczka, a w lodówce woda i winko :) Do centrum ok. 30 minut na nogach lub taxi za 5 euro. Łóżka turbo wygodne. Wszystko bardzo nowoczesne. W kuchni piekarnik, mikrofalówka, expres do kawy, toster , po prostu wszystko co moze sie przydać. Łazienka duża i wygodna, kosmetyki i suszarka również dostępne. Na dachu budynku krzesełka, stoliki,piłkarzyki , grill. Po prostu jest to obiekt na najwyższym poziomie w Grecji :) Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecamy gorąco:)
