Very good breakfast. The best Spanish tortilla ever. The staff is professional and very polite. Quiet, spacious rooms.

The size of the room and friendly staff
We had no hot water at night the 1st 2 nights, even when I reported the issue the 1st night, I was told we would be sent someone in the morning to fix it and it didnt happen, the second night I was taking a night shower with almost cold water and the room under us started to get water in their bathroom and it was not until that happened when we got someone to fix it

Decent hotel at a convenient location.
Room AC didn’t appear to work properly. Room was either too hot or too cold. when hot air conditioner had to be turned off and windows had to be opened (this is how the front desk explained it to us). This is very much inconvenient specially in cold months like early February.
