Nice hotel in a great location. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The hotel lacks some small comforts. No coffee making facility in the room, no toiletries in the bathroom, the room was very warm but the air con only works in the summer so we slept with the window open which was very loud!

Great location, very near Plaza de Espana, but still quiet. Stylish,comfortable seating in lobby with good bat and welcoming, friendly staff. Room clean, comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
I would change very little and would return without hesitation.
