2 Star Hotel at Best

Amazing location.

- Hidden charges. They make you pay for beach towels and beach chairs even as a guest at the hotel. - The decor is dated and stale - Getting in an out with a car is nearly impossible. Disgruntled employees are of little assistance. The staff are completely unprofessional. One member reached in and gabbed my steering wheel as I was trying to back up to make way for a loading truck. - When we notified Francesco at the front desk that our A/C was broken, we were told to "deal with it". - The bedding is thin. - The Wifi goes in and out

You get what you pay for, do not expect anything too cool. Overall fine

The hotel, overall, was clean, the staff there was very helpful. There’s a nice swimming pool outside and a small area for thalassotherapy, the restaurant is pretty pricey but expectable for a hotel restaurant. We had no complaints about the food, liked it even. The room was cleaned once a day.

The hotel is in serious need of a renovation, most of the facilities are old and do need changing. Our room faced the street (we were told that no rooms with sea view were left), and it was VERY LOUD ALL DAY LONG cause you can hear the cars and people outside. You can also hear other noise from neighboring rooms (like kids playing/crying, people arguing etc). We had to buy earplugs at a pharmacy just to sleep at night. The said beach and the sea, while free (unlike most beaches in Italy), are really dirty, although the staff seemed to have been cleaning the beach daily. You can pay and go other beaches in the area. The city is really small, do not expect anything super fascinating. Hotel guests are mostly elder people.

Superb

Beautiful hotel with great location, friendly and professional staff. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. The hotel has its own beach and provides sunbeds with parasol. Dinner and breakfast were lavish (big variety) with excellent service. Parking was on site, safe, and it was cheap. The hotel is very good value for money. We'll be back.

Very cold in spring, the rooms don’t seem to be heated and you only get a thin blanket. Tried to bur didn’t manage to communicate to staff that we didn’t want to share blanket in the double bed. Also there’s a hidden cost for taxes €6.

Les bulles et buses de massage de la piscine extérieure ne fonctionnaient pas. Les buses de la piscine intérieure fonctionnent qu'à certaines heures de manière automatique. Il serait préférable que les utilisateurs puissent les enclencher eux-mêmes manuellement.

Sempre al top

Oramai è il terzo anno di seguito che soggiorniamo con mio marito in questo hotel. Le cose positive sono sicuramente la presenza della spiaggia privata con i servizi della spiaggia compresi nel costo della camera. La posizione strategica che permette la sera di godere del budello e del lungomare. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Le camere ampie e soprattutto pulitissime. Un plus la piscina interna con acqua salata riscaldata idromassaggio che si può utilizzare anche in giornate piovose.

L'unico appunto forse è il costo della colazione, se fosse ad un costo più basso o se si potesse pagare quello che si consuma sarebbe sicuramente un valore in più.

Ottima Spiaggia privata inclusa nel prezzo con la possibilità di utilizzarla per tutto il periodo del soggiorno e non solo per il periodo in cui si ha la camera,piscina nel caso in cui il mare non fosse bello e la posizione a due passi dal centro

Purtroppo a metà soggiorno alle ore 14 la camera non era ancora stata pulita e per questo abbiamo deciso di dire alle addette di non pulire, in modo da poterci comunque riposare ,ma l'abbiamo trovata una pecca non indifferente In città sia tim che vodafone non prendono benissimo quindi ci si aspetta un wifi decisamente funzionante, invece copriva sicuramente di piu della rete classica ma non come ci si poteva aspettare

Tipptopp, Hotel, Personal und Essen. Auch das Meer ist fantastisch sauber und kühl im Vergleich zur Adria im August.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, nicht ganz im aktuellen Stil, aber man sieht immer noch die hochwertige und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung aus dem Baujahr. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam, der Privatstrand mit Liegen und der Pool top. Man ist zu Fuß sehr in wenigen Minuten im Centro Storica, wo sehr viel Leben Abends herrscht.

Es gab für uns keine Negativerfahrung.

Belle plage privée

L’emplacement au top, belle plage, grande piscine! Chambre très grande et confortable! Parking voiture et local à vélo! Personnel très sympa! Chaises longues et parasol inclu dans le prix de la chambre. Service du bar même jusque sur la chaise longue! Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine à café dans la chambre ( mais il y a un petit frigo!) et on entend bcp la route pour les chambres côté route. On reviendra!

- un paio di persone alla reception molto gentili

- datato sotto tutti i punti di vista (assolutamente no 4 stelle) - materassi spacca ossa (il topper una chimera) - Insonorizzazione stanze non pervenuta purtroppo anche lato mare perché si sentono tutti i rumori degli altri ospiti, ho dovuto alla fine comprare i tappi. Lato strada anche peggio perché si sente in più il traffico. - in spiaggia, pessima usanza di tenere in verticale i parasoli dei lettini vuoti: chi sta dietro non vende più il mare e non gli arriva manco un filo d’aria - Il tizio alla reception barba e capelli bianchi veramente poco cortese (sono abbastanza certa mi abbia pure insultato pensando non lo sentissi quando mi sono lamentata perché avevano perso la ricevuta del pagamento). - tappetini scendiletto? Un deposito di acari per non pensare altro

La spiaggia e i lettini compresi nel pagamento davanti ad una spiaggia privata molto carina, il parcheggio in struttura comodissimo, la piscina esterna con l'acqua di mare e la piscina riscaldata all'interno, la pulizia della stanza è il balconcino

Peccato non conoscere le regole dell'hotellerie , si va incontro a figuracce.

Poco o niente

Mi sia permesso di citare il sommo poeta "lasciate ogni speranza,o voi che entrate,,.Chiaramente i termini bellevue e mediterranee evocano 2 caratteristiche che l'hotel non rappresenta.L'edificio ha la facciata rivolta verso il mare e quella retrostante sull'Aurelia ,posizione infelicissima per il traffico caotico diurno e notturno insopportabile per il rumore oltre i 100 decibel.Il personale è scorbutico e risponde come gli pare.Le camere sono piccole (nella regola dei 9 metri delle singole) ,il televisore di minuscole dimensioni è appollaiato in alto ed è un televisore che,contrariamente alla offerta denominata satellitare , propone qualche canale nazionale .Io ho viaggiato per 60 anni ed ho soggiornato in molti hotel di prima categoria in 80 nazioni, ma mai mi avevano chiesto all'uscita supplementi per i giorni festività.In ultimo tutto è a pagamento extra :spiaggia,lettini , teli da mare ,parcheggio auto ed altri servizi di solito gratuiti .Confermato la nomea dell'attaccamento al denaro del popolo ligure !Suggerirei il supplemento giornaliero anche per le giornate di sole,vista la stagione. È PROBABILE ABBIA FORNITO ALLA DIREZIONE UN ALTRO SPUNTO PER RIMPINGUARE LE CASSE DELL'ALBERGO.

Bel établissement avec un bon service, au bord de la plage et avec un parking à prix raisonnable dans l’hôtel. Accueil sympa, petit déjeuner de qualité. Piscine d'eau de mer intérieure et chauffée. Proximité avec le centre ville touristique.

Posizione centrale perché si trova vicinissimo ai locali di Diano. Comodo per i servizi, disponendo di lettini ed ombrellone compresi nel prezzo. Possibilità di fruire dei servizi, compresi parcheggio privato a pagamento e piscina riscaldata, fino alle ore 14:00 del giorno di partenza dopo aver lasciato la camera.

Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli e comunque piccoli (corti).
